Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—new open-box items should still be in original packaging.
3. Return Process: You can either ship the item back following our return instructions or physically return it to our store. Just bring your proof of purchase!
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item (whether in-store or via shipment), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply if you ship it back.
5. Exclusions: Certain items, such as auctioned or final sale goods, may not be returnable.
